FAQ
Have questions? We have the answers!
Our address is 400 S. Abilene in Valley Center, KS. We are located off of Clay and Abilene, just a block east of Meridian. You can park on either side of the building. We do have special Visitor Parking on the east side of the building though.
Our Sunday morning in-person services are at 8:30am and 10:30am. Online is at 10:30am only. Each service goes around 75 minutes.
We also have Sunday school classes between services.
On Wednesdays, Kids and Students have services from 7:00-8:15pm. For the adults, we have men's and women's Life Groups.
Our services typically begin with live, upbeat worship with a full band. Everyone worships in his or her own way – for some that means singing, clapping, and raising their hands and for others, it means quietly reflecting on the words. We welcome you to do what comes from your heart in praise to God. Following worship, we have announcements then a message from our lead pastor, Steve Rains. We also have communion on the first Sunday of every month.
When you visit LifePoint Church, we want you to be comfortable. Dress for Sunday morning worship ranges from suits and dresses to jeans and t-shirts, though most wear business casual. We encourage visitors to just “come as you are.”
As a visitor, we won't make you wear a visitor badge or ask you to stand up or do anything that could make you feel uncomfortable. All we ask is for you to fill out a Connection Card so we know you visited us. We also have a visitor table at the back of the sanctuary after service. You can stop by to pick up a special gift as our way of saying thank you for visiting us.
